This photo simply shows how snugly the head cushion fits onto the back of the Baldwin Chair or Baldwin Rocker. The material is somewhat stretchy and fits tight.

I am currently experimenting to determine the longevity of a Baldwin Head Cushion when left outdoors. I fit the cushion over the backrest of my Baldwin Rocking Chair (my favorite) on my back deck at home. It has been there for four months (as of today 11/05/01). It still looks like new. I see no sign of aging what-so-ever. I am doing this so I can make recommendations as to care and use of the head cushion. I'll keep you posted...

As of 5/27/03 the cushion stil looks like new! The weird thing is that when I sit in the chair I expect the cushion to be wet or at least damp. It's always dry as a bone. I'm going to endorse leaving them out all year.
