Before coming to Baldwins I did machining work on aluminum engine blocks used in NASCAR race cars. The work was exacting and I worked in thousandths of inches. Coming to Baldwin's was a good move. It's a lot more fun and easy going here. Cedar is more forgiving and I feel very productive.

Each day is different. In this photo I am assembling a Pathway Pergola. Max and I are working together on Pergolas a lot these days.
