The lumber "blanks" are now cut to
shape by our CNC router. We program the shapes in to a computer
in CAD and "Woody" (the machine) does the rest.
The edges are rounded over and sanded on all surfaces. This
is a very important step because after the parts are assembled,
it is impossible to sand all the nooks and crannies.
Our four step sanding process is what separates
us from everyone else in the lawn furniture business. We hold
our furniture to the highest standard.
