After sanding the boards, making the parts, sanding the parts and making sub assemblies, we sand the sub-assemblies. We can do a better job on each assembly than waiting until everything is completely assembled.

Something important to note here. When we screw those seat slats to the crossleg (in the photo to left) the slats are always just a bit uneven on their ends. It's impossible to get them perfect. We screw them on then sand them all flush. If you buy a chair which needs to be assembled you will be the one screwing the seat slats on. They will be uneven. We do all this work for you.
